Images and Brands  

Our images and brands are for reference only. We try our best to ensure we supply the brand  - manufacturer described in the image / detail, however we do reservice the right to supply equal quality product as a replacement / alternative, if you wish to specify a particular brand please call us on 01773 822511 to confirm. Any part - component product supplied with always be to at the least matching "Original Equipment" quality. 


Shopping With Us  

To place an order, simply click on the image or item title to view the full item description and add your selected item to your basket. Once your shopping is complete you then proceed to checkout. Payments are made by our secure gateway provider PAY PAL. You do not have to be a member or account with PAY PAL in order to use the service.

Postage and Packaging  

All deliveries are to mainland UK only. Please contact us for deliveries outside of this area. 

We calculate the value of delivery based on your order total excluding vat. Orders over £100.00 (net) receive FREE delivery. Orders under the value of £100.00 (net) are charged an £8.50 (ex vat) delivery charge.

Delivery Information  

Deliveries are usually sent out by Courier. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days although usually your order will be dispatched on the same day if received before 2pm. On occasion this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control - for example Bank Holidays and the Christmas period.  We will endeavour to dispatch all paid orders prior to or on the last postal day on such occasions. However, we will contact you by email if we are aware of this prior to dispatch. All deliveries will be delivered to the address on your order form. Delivery is 3-5 working days but generally goods arrive much quicker.

Order Status  

We will email you when your order has been dispatched, but additionally you can track the status of your order by logging into your members area and clicking on 'Orders'. Your placed orders will be available to view and you will also have the current assigned status against each one. The meaning of each status is described below:

Pending - Your order has been successfully placed and is awaiting payment
Processing - The payment for your order has been received and your order is being processed
Picking - Your order has been processed and your goods are being packed 
Dispatched - Your order has been dispatched and should be with you within the next two working days
Cancelled - Either payment for your order has not been received within a reasonable time and it has now been cancelled by us, or you have informed us that you no longer wish to continue with your order

Data Protection  

The Data Protection Act dictates that we must protect your account information against unauthorized access or release. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party, unless you have authorized us to or we are legally required to do so.

Returns Policy   

Unwanted goods
Under UK law you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned as new and unused. 
The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit for any returned items. 

Faulty goods

In the unfortunate event of any faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the goods. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt. 
This does not affect your statutory rights.
